The original of the provisional certificate of the bachelor's degree or equivalent foreign diploma can only be withdrawn once the studies have been completed and the final diploma has been established or, if applicable, following an abandonment or interruption voluntary study, at the request of the student and against a discharge. In the case where the student insists on the withdrawal of his provisional certificate of baccalaureate before the final graduation, he can write an application in which he specifies that he withdraws the application for the final diploma.
