Creation :
In conformity with the Executive Decree No. 10-198 issued on (15 Ramadhan 1431) August 25th , 2010 amending and supplementing the Executive Decree No. 01-270 issued on (30 Jumada Ethania 1422) September 18th , 2001 ; regarding the establishing of the University of Laghouat and Article 25 of the Executive Decree No. 03-279 issued on( 24 Jumada Ethania 1424) August 23rd , 2003 , amended and supplemented , referred to above , the rector of the university includes (04) Vice -Presidents , including the Vice Rector in charge of External Relations , Cooperation, Animation ,communication and scientific events ( VRRE ) .
