I- Creation : In accordance with Executive Decree No. 10-98 of 15 Ramadhan 1431 corresponding to August 25, 2010 amending and supplementing Executive Decree No. 01-270 of 30 Joumada Ethania 1422 corresponding to September 18, 2001 establishing the University of Laghouat, the former Vice-Rectorate in charge of higher education, continuing education and diplomas, has been restructured to bear the name of the Vice-Rectorate responsible for higher education at the undergraduate and graduate level, continuing education and diplomas, and graduate training.   Administrative organisation : The Vice Rector: Pr.
